Hsiao Hung Jen / Xiao Hung Ren Debut Album

The dream of Taiwan's latest music star, Hsiao Hung Ren, began when he
was only 11 years-old. He had just won a singing competition on
Taiwan's popular "Five Light Awards" program, and he soon realized that
he wanted to become a singer. A decade later, Hsiao is standing in the
limelight once again with the song "Can't Stand Looking Any Longer".
Hsiao composed this unique song and also co-wrote the lyrics with
F.I.R.'s guitarist/keyboardist Ian Chen and popular lyricist Wu Xiong.
The song skillfully blends together Taiwanese, Mandarin and English
languages, and ridicules and criticizes today's society. Featured on
his debut album, the song has become widely discussed and should find a
bigger audience with the album's release. Hsiao aims to continue making
his feelings known through his music, and has expressed that he is
aware that he won't be able to change the world. However, he also won't
